Last week Friday we had a fun run from st heliers to mission bay and I was one of the top runners and I think that I may have beaten my time from last year but if I haven’t that’s still good cause I hold the record but the run was about 2.4 K.

Hi Soane, I hope you enjoyed your run – it sounds as though you did and that you did extremely well. I’m not sure how I would go running that far! I’d have loved you to have written more about how you felt during the run – perhaps next time? Mahi pai!
